Amazing service, product and experience. Barbara made the project move seamlessly with fabulous results. The curtains hang and ripple well at 18 feet high and don’t have static like most.

valance cover was made to match our window mulleins
so they didn’t stand out. The installation was painless
and very well managed. The service afterwards to
ensure the product performed at 100% was
satisfactory. We also proceeded with the model suite to
be finished and have had great feedback on the product
and how fashion forward they look. Not your typical
window coverings!

That process went very smoothly – both the selection of the materials, type of shades and with respect to the installation. After being recommended to contact the company [Evershades] to get some information on having shutters installed in our home and leaving a message, Barbara returned my call promptly and went out of her way to
accommodate when our time off was and to set up an appointment on her day off to meet with us. She was very informative and went over what options we had available and put together estimated quotes on both types of shutters available. She followed up with us to discuss any questions or concerns and set up a time to come out to the house to measure and give us the actual quote. Barbara is very pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. She always responds quickly to provide updates and make sure we were kept informed. She went out of her way to make sure we were extremely pleased by following up on all the little details to ensure everything was ordered properly. The installer she recommended did an amazing installation and was professional and they look perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service than we received. I liked the fact that I didn't have to go to a showroom. Everything was done in my condo. I was shown samples and I was offered different options. Also, there was no hard sell, just good advice.
The measurements were taken by the installer and the blinds fit perfectly. The installation was very fast. I enjoyed dealing with Barbara. I found her to be pleasant and friendly. The blinds themselves appear to be of excellent quality and the price was certainly reasonable. It was a good experience. We took our time in deciding which options we wanted and we are pleased with the results.
